This notice explains how Best Cloud IT handles personal information submitted through the consultation request form on bestcloudit.com.

What we collect

When you send a consultation request we receive your name, email address, company name (if provided), the service you selected and your message. For security and spam prevention, our server also records the date and time of the request and the IP address it came from.

How we use it

• To read and respond to your enquiry.
• To send you a confirmation that your request was received.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We don’t use enquiry details for marketing mailing lists, and we don’t sell or share them with third parties, except the email and hosting providers that deliver and store our messages.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a working relationship that requires keeping them longer.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
